Year 11 Academic Outcomes:

 

  • English - 80%of pupils made expected progress with 26% exceeding expected progress. 69% of disadvantaged students made expected progress

  • Maths - 79% of of pupils made expected progress with 24% exceeding expected progress. 72% of disadvantaged students made expected progress

  • Across all subjects, 82% of pupils made expected progress with 24% exceeding expected progress. 72% of disadvantaged students made expected progress across all subjects.

Reintegration to mainstream/destinations:

  • 93% of students returning to mainstream successfully reintegrated and avoided permanent exclusion

  • Only 4% of leavers in 2017-2018 were considered NEET

Current Progress (May 2019):

  • 75.4% of all pupils are making expected progress in one or more subjects. By the same measure, 73.3% of disadvantaged students are making expected progress

  • 78.4% of students who access offsite alternative provision are making expected progress in all of their provisions/programmes of study

  • 78.9% of disadvantaged students who access offsite alternative provision are making expected progress in all of their provisions/programmes of study

Progress 4 considers student progress across four key areas: Achievement, Attendance, Behaviour and Destinations:

  • 79.5% of pupils are making good or better progress

Main Headlines:

 

  • 79% of students gained both an English and Maths GCSE qualification

  • 86% pass rate in both English and Maths GCSE qualifications

  • 31% 4+ in English

  • 14% 4+ in Maths

  • 7% 5+ in English

  • 7% 5+ in Maths

  • 100% pass rate in IT

  • 14% of students achieved 4+ in English and Maths

 

One CiC (Bolsover) – achieved 6 GCSE passes, including a 4 in English, a 5 in Maths and a Pass in ICT.
