Cleaning his local environment

One of our Year 3 pupils this week went litter picking in his local community to help the planet, and his mum sent us in this photo. We have read 'A Place for Plastic' this week in centre, a picture book designed for Key Stage 2 children, which follows the journey of a single-use plastic bag through the ocean. We have also been using recycled materials in our 'Work and Make' creative crafts sessions to repurpose items for the 'Summertime' themed displays. We are so proud of Ethan for his positive, mature and responsible engagement in his community!
